Despite the soggy weather leading up to the event, Galston Public School’s Outdoor Movie Night went ahead… as an Indoor Movie Night. Our very special thanks are extended to Galston High School for offering their hall and associated facilities to enable this fund raiser to go ahead on the scheduled date.
And so movie goers came in their hundreds, with blankets, pillows, beanbags and chairs. We had SandArt to entertain the children before the movie and hot food, hot and cold drinks, popcorn and choc tops available to satisfy any hunger, Zootopia was projected onto the giant inflatable screen which almost reached the ceiling of the hall.
Overall the event was a fantastic success, thanks to our great organising team and the event sponsors, particularly the many local businesses who generously supported the school.
