Galston High School is celebrating a major milestone in 2024—50 years of providing quality public education. United by the mantra Achieving Excellence – Inspiring Success, the school is proud to have been a pillar of the local community, fostering growth and learning for generations of students.
To mark this special occasion, Galston High School is hosting an Open Evening on 29th November. This event invites past, present, and future families to come together and celebrate the school’s legacy and achievements. The evening will showcase student performances, exhibitions, and interactive displays that highlight the exceptional work being done at our school and within our community of schools.
As part of the celebration, the event will bring together local primary schools (Galston PS, Hillside PS, Middle Dural PS, Kenthurst PS, Glenorie PS, Arcadia PS), current students, and alumni, demonstrating the close partnerships that have supported educational success across the region. It will be a fantastic opportunity for prospective families to get a glimpse of the vibrant learning environment and the exceptional opportunities Galston High offers.
We are excited to welcome everyone to see firsthand how our students excel academically, artistically, and athletically, and how we focus on ensuring excellence goes beyond the classroom. This event will demonstrate the strong community spirit that has defined Galston High for 50 years.
