Galston Branch were visited during our August meeting by Chris and Adele, plus trainee search dog Koa, from Search Dogs Sydney Inc. From them we learnt about the amazing work undertaken and achieved by Search Dogs.
They are part of a team of dedicated volunteers who provide assistance to people missing in the bush, in areas such as Galston Gorge. Such a great learning session for us and an appreciation of the group.
They were able to answer so many questions for us. Finished it off with a CWA lunch, which we all enjoyed.
