CWA Galston celebrated their 60th Anniversary on the 13th June. A wonderful high tea was presented and well received. Past members, current members and guests enjoyed the festivities and cake whilst reminiscing upon the past and looking towards the future of Galston Branch.

Galston 500, raising funds for “Kiss Goodbye to MS” invited us to hold a stall at their event at the Galston Valley Railway. Funds going towards helping those living with MS and their families. We sold plants, crafts, cakes and scones.
We meet at the Galston Health & Community Centre, cnr Glade and 17 Arcadia Road, Galston. Visitors are most welcome to attend. We hope to raise our membership to over 20 members by the end of the year, so if you have considered joing please contact us.
Our general members range in age from 30 years to 90+. Junior members also welcome. Feel free to drop in on a meeting and see that we are not just about tea and scones.
