I wanted to share that I’ll be participating in the World’s Greatest Shave on April 5th, 2:30 PM at Glenorie RSL to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.
As a registered nurse with a longstanding connection to the Glenorie community there is nowhere else I could imagine losing my locks.
Due to a dear friend being diagnosed with blood cancer, I’m passionate about supporting this important cause.
Local business Cam & Co Hairdressing Galston has kindly offered to do the shave, and Glenorie RSL is generously donating a space for the event. I’m also hoping to rally local businesses to support the fundraiser through donations or spreading the word.
