Owners Reem and George source all their ingredients from local suppliers and boast that all their food is handmade with care and attention.
Flame n Chooks, finalist for 2016 in the Small Business Awards, have been aptly recognised for their love of preparing delicious food and serving the community with a smile.
Always freshly prepared in the shop are flame grilled chickens, delicious salads, Lebanese pastries, slices, handmade confectionary and chocolates. With a large range of gluten free products available and an extensive menu for vegetarians and vegans everybody can be satisfied and well fed.
Flame N Chooks offers the multi award winning coffee, Nerissimo, a five bean blend which excites your mouth and leaves you knowing that you have indeed had a special cup of coffee.
Reem and George cater for any function, small and large and are happy to work with customers to design their perfect menu. For any event two weeks notice is appreciated so that ordering and preparation can take place. The hardest thing you will need to do is decide on the menu and then collect on the day. This catering menu is extensive and among other things customers can choose from lamb skewers, seafood, ribs and more.
Easter is the perfect time to relax with the family so you may consider organising a gathering catered for by Flame N Chooks. Even if you don’t desire a feast at Easter it will be worth a visit to the shop to view the wonderful display of Lebanese Easter cakes, sweets and chocolate. Be warned you will be tempted but as Easter is really the only time in the yearly calendar when we give ourselves permission to eat chocolate, why not make it great chocolate.
