WORKSHOP – Guided Meditation

Hawkesbury Library Service invites the community to an introductory guided meditation session presented by the School of Meditation and Mindfulness.

Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, enhance productivity, improve mood and sleep patterns, and increase focus in daily life. This session will provide a gentle introduction to meditation techniques, helping participants experience the benefits of mindfulness and relaxation.

Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes, and to bring along their own a yoga mat, or a beach towel. The session can also be run sitting in a chair for attendees who need to remain seated.
