A Flood of Biblical Proportions
Well, perhaps not quite that big, but we need to be thankful to the early arrivers to church on Sunday 18 th January, who were confronted by a flood of water gushing down the driveway and about to flood the church and offices. The drain in front of the church doors had been blocked by leaves and sticks which all had to be cleared by those who had just arrived in their Sunday best! So a big thank you to those who rolled-up their sleeves and the legs of their pants to get the obstruction cleared.
Messy Church
Come and experience Messy Church with us this Palm Sunday, 29 March at 10.00 am. Messy Church is a little more practical, engaging and relaxed than the traditional church format. Enjoy a tea or coffee as you move between games, craft, stories and other activities, all with the young and young-at-heart in mind. It’s worship designed to engage kids of all ages and is a great way to do church.
Please come and join us on Sunday 29 March at 10am at the church. This will be followed by lunch so bring the kids, come yourselves and give grandparents an outing also.
