Enjoyment gained from maintaining an aviary of budgerigars is a hobby that provides endless hours of satisfaction to many people of all ages. Like all hobbies ,there is a feature that attracts the individual to participate; whether it be the ability to create, compete, grow and develop or just the inherent beauty etc. The budgerigar hobby provides all of the above features, but the initial attraction to the budgerigar is the beauty of the bird.
