The Bromeliad Society of Australia will hold their next meeting at Federation Pavilion, Castle Hill Showground on Saturday, 8th July commencing at 11am with plant sales, prior to the meeting at 12 noon.
Access is via the new Showground entrance off Showground Road into Doran Drive, Castle Hill.
“Guest speaker will be Brian Chapman, Power Planter who will demonstrate the new wonder tool turns your cordless drill into a very effective soil digging machine. The Power Planter is a sturdy unit hand welded in the USA with a lifetime warranty on materials and craftsmanship. Simply attach to your cordless drill and use it to dig holes, cultivate garden beds, dig trenches for irrigation and even mix a batch of concrete in your barrow. said Ian Hook, President, Bromeliad Society of Australia
The Power Planter replaces your regular gardening tools like a spade, mattock and garden fork all of which require a lot of effort to be effective.
This tool will renew your love of gardening by changing the easy way to dig your garden.
Brian, a qualified Horticulturist and Landscape Designer, loves to get stuck into the garden and create something beautiful. During the Winter of 2016 their team took on a very ambitious task of planting 20,000 bulbs on their property and used the Power Planter to make this huge job a whole lot easier. Apparently they were able to dig 100 holes in 10 minutes using the Power Planter.” said Ian Hook
BSA meetings include plant sales, club news, raffles and competitions as well as providing an opportunity to meet with like-minded people in a friendly and inviting environment. Contact Ian Hook – mobile 0408202269, email: [email protected] Website: www.bromeliad.org.au
