It was a particularly special day with our residents taking the pledge on Australian Citizenship Day.

First celebrated in 2001, Australian Citizenship Day allows all Australians to reflect on the meaning and importance of Australian citizenship and the responsibilities and privileges we have as citizens.

It was great to preside over the ceremony and meet each of our newest citizens, who came from dozens of countries across the world including China, India, South Africa, England, Sweden, Serbia and Zimbabwe.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][us_image image=”83507″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
