It was a very important date for Hills Grammar’s Junior School as they enjoyed a performance of Alice the Musical from the students.
The younger grades were treated to a performance in the R J Phipps Performance centre, and was completed with costumes, music and set lighting.
Then the Performance Centre was opened up to parents and family wanting to attend, with a matinée and evening performance.
The students were diligent in learning their lines, and the accompanying songs of their favourite characters during their weekly creative arts lessons.
The play was an internal production with dedicated teachers and staff directing and aiding the students in their rehearsals.
With four performances in total, the students truly evoked the personalities of the quirky characters from the Lewis Carroll classic.
