In April 2006, fifteen-year-old Oliver vanished while hiking with friends, leaving behind a mystery that haunted the Upper Hunter area. Almost twenty years later, a skull is discovered, leading Giles to believe they’ve found Oliver. She suspects his friends know more about the argument that made him leave the group. However, a conversation with her father introduces another suspect, bringing the case uncomfortably close to home.
