The girls in the Junior Guide unit learnt about the danger to wildlife from litter. They picked up rubbish around the Guide Hall and on Hayes Oval, Galston before playing team games outside.
The older Guide unit picked up rubbish along the footpath on Galston Road towards the shops. The girls were horrified at the amount of rubbish found. All girls earned the Clean Up Australia badge for their sash.
