Girls and boys set to blast into the summer of cricket!

Girls and boys can expect to get a blast out of cricket this summer with Cricket Australia’s exciting junior sports program for kids, MILO T20 Blast, commencing across NSW in 2016.

On the back of a record-breaking KFC T20 Big Bash League, thousands of girls and boys around the country have the opportunity to play cricket via MILO T20 Blast, just like their BBL and WBBL hero’s.

MILO T20 Blast bridges the gap between MILO in2CRICKET and junior club cricket. The program introduces girls and boys (ages 7-12) to the sport through a super fun, social and safe cricket program. The 8-week program is much shorter than traditional cricket, with a maximum of 90 minutes playing time each week on a weeknight. All the equipment is supplied and the games take place at the same venue, with all participants receiving a bonus player pack containing a shirt, hat, drawstring bag, MILO and many other giveaways when they register.

“I love the fun and excitement of playing T20 and it’s great to see so many getting involved in this format. MILO T20 Blast gives girls and boys the chance to improve their cricketing skills, keep active, and have a lot of fun,” Finch said.
