Pathways Psychology Institute

2019 has been a big year for Galston based Pathways Psychology Institute. We are thrilled to see our first cohort of Diploma students enrolled in our ASQA accredited Diploma of Counselling (CHCC51015) approaching their graduation. This year also saw us accredit our very own course, a Graduate Diploma of Trauma-Informed Processwork Psychotherapy (10779NAT). Our Graduate Diploma course is the first government accredited training in Processwork Counselling and Psychotherapy in Australia! We are currently enrolling students in both courses, classes commence in February 2020.

2019 also saw the establishment of our student clinic, Pathways Community Counselling Clinic, the development of which would have been impossible without the continuing support of Bendigo Bank, Galston Branch. The student clinic is a triumph and an important asset for our school, enabling student interns approaching graduation to learn from supervised hands-on training, whilst serving clients from our local community. This is an invaluable resource to the local community, providing high-quality, affordable counselling and psychotherapy services. For more information about the clinic visit www.pathwayscounselling.org or call 0434 293 116.

Pathways Psychology Institute creates a unique learning experience within a warm community atmosphere, small classes with personalised supervision and coaching, which our students love. Our courses focus on Processwork counselling and psychotherapy techniques which develop the student’s ability to notice the precise details of how each human being processes his or her life (and his/her internal world), learning to choose the approach that matches each unique individual client’s needs. A significant emphasis is placed on encouraging and supporting our students with personal development, as well as professional growth. This journey brings deeper meaning and self-understanding into their own daily lives, as well as their future clients.

Our courses are offered both for face-to-face and at-a-distance.

Pathways Psychology Institute is currently offering a 20% off, early bird special, to students enrolling for 2020 in either of our courses.

Applications are now open for scholarship programs, full and partial scholarships available, see website for details and to download an application form.
