School Carnival by Christian Schools on 23 May 2026

Pacific Hills Christian School and New Hope Christian School are throwing a joint school carnival on Saturday, 23 May, and if you’ve got kids, frankly, there’s not much reason to stay home.

Doors open at noon. Gates close at 5 pm. In between: rides, food stalls, games, live performances, market stalls, a silent auction, and the kind of carnival entertainment that makes adults pretend they’re only there for the children. There’s a petting zoo, pony rides, and face painting — the holy trinity of keeping small humans occupied for a solid hour.

The schools have framed it as a community day rather than a fundraiser, which is a distinction that actually matters. Local groups and businesses get a platform. Families get an afternoon out that doesn’t cost a fortune at the entry gate. It’s the kind of Saturday that doesn’t need much more selling than that.
