YouthFest will return to Richmond Park this April, uniting young people from across the Hawkesbury for an evening that combines entertainment with community engagement.
Held on 17 April 2026 from 4 pm to 8 pm, the free event is part of the statewide NSW Youth Week program and caters to individuals aged 12 to 24. The festival format combines live performances, food trucks and interactive attractions, creating an accessible environment for young people to socialise and participate.
A central feature of YouthFest is its role in linking attendees with local organisations that provide support and development opportunities. Representatives from a diverse range of services will be on hand, offering information and resources tailored to young people’s needs.
The event also highlights youth achievement within the Hawkesbury, providing a platform to recognise talent and encourage creative expression.
Reflecting the 2026 Youth Week theme, “Dream. Dare. Do.”, the festival promotes a forward-looking mindset centred on aspiration and personal growth.
YouthFest is delivered through a collaborative effort led by Hawkesbury City Council, supported by multiple community organisations committed to strengthening youth engagement in the region.
