As children right across Berowra are returning to school at the end of January, it is worth reflecting on the record investment the Morrison Government is investing in Berowra schools.
The Government is investing a record $1 billion in our schools over the next decade.
Nationally, funding per student for all schools, government, Catholic and independent, will continue to increase, growing on average by 4 per cent each year over 2017 to 2029.
This funding commitment is in addition to the grants programs such as Stronger Communities Fund and the Local Schools Community Fund that are enabling many schools in our electorate to deliver small capital projects to make schools more accessible and more equipped to do their job.
I am delighted to be part of a government that has prioritised investing in Berowra schools.
Our children deserve a quality education and we want schools to have the support they need to lift outcomes for our students and equip them for the future.
I am very proud of Berowra’s schools and once again students from our schools have performed at the highest level in NSW.
